The facilities
Australia’s southwest is home to large and well-connected towns. Bunbury and Busselton are popular choices, with populations just under 100,000 people. Over COVID the southwest region grew in popularity as people relocated from Perth city. This has created a rise in house prices, however it’s still an affordable place to relocate to. Regional WA offers beachside living with all the required lifestyle amenities. Bunbury and Busselton have seen lot of growth in the 25-35 age bracket, who are choosing to enjoy the Southwest lifestyle.
The food and wine scene
Australia’s southwest region is famous for its food and wine scene. If you’re a foodie, you’ve probably heard of Margaret River. This is a popular place for locals to ‘staycation’, with a range of wineries, breweries, and restaurants.
You’ll find ample accommodation, from spa hotels to eco resorts and caravan parks. Plus, there’s lots of children’s activities like mini-golf and play parks. And don’t forget the beaches! If you’re living in the southwest you have a number of beautiful road trips on your doorstep.

Heatseal boss Paul and new employee James
There are many benefits in applying for a Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) Visa. Firstly, this visa has short processing times. TSS visas are currently taking around 2-3 months to process. Moreover, Heatseal are already approved as a business sponsor which makes the process even quicker.

Secondly, this employer sponsored TTS visa is considerably cheaper than skilled visas. Some employers may even offer relocation packages and monetary incentives.
Another benefit of securing employer sponsorship is you have a job in Australia when you arrive. This job security offers new migrants peace of mind.
A Success Story
We’ve already helped one family secure a TSS visa and begin working at Heatseal.
Originally from Plymouth, James and wife Kerry moved with their three children. Kerry explains how her family is thriving in Western Australia.
“We have been in Western Australia for 5 months now and feel settled into our new lives. Our 3 children started school almost immediately, and all have made a good group of friends and have even socialised outside of school. They manage schoolwork comfortably and enjoy the trips to the beach at the end of the day.”
To start the visa process, we first set up Heatseal as an approved business sponsor. We then worked with James to lodge his TSS visa. His wife Kerry explains her experience of moving to Australia on an employer sponsored visa.
“The visa process was made much easier with the help and support from both Paul at Heatseal and Darren from Visa Go Australia. It took the pressure off us knowing that it was being dealt with by a professional, and allowed us to ask questions we were usure of. During the pandemic this really eased the stress.
The family from Plymouth are settling into WA life and loving the beautiful beaches
We would recommend an employer sponsorship visa 100%. It has given us an opportunity to provide a better life for our children and enjoy a freer lifestyle in the sun. It has given us security knowing that James had a job waiting to start on arrival and financially this put our minds at rest.”

Sue made our whole process stress free.
We honesty could not have done it all with out knowledge and support.
I have already been recommending visa go to friends who are looking to start the process.
Thank you so much again!!!
Sue was a dream to deal with and thoroughly checked over all of our documents ensuring that everything was of the exacting standards of the Australian Government. We could not have completed process without Sue. Thank you once again for all of your help.
Sue was amazing throughout, keeping us updated each step of the way, and providing detailed guidance at the start of each stage, which enabled us to start preparing and collating everything needed for the next part when the time came. Sue’s replies to the many emails that I've sent her way over the course of this process, were always prompt and patient, and nothing ever seemed to much trouble. Sue’s experience and understanding of the processes, timelines and the strict format in which things had to be done, meant that she was able to advise us and provide guidelines, which meant that when we submitted each stage, we were not having to worry about delays due to incomplete applications.
18 months on from that initial meeting - we have now been living and working in Australia for 8 months, and have recently changed onto a permanent visa.
We are extremely glad that we chose to work with Visa Go, and want to say a massive thank you to Sue, Darren and the team for all of their support and assistance throughout.
Darren always took the time to answer any questions and help me through the process.
Within weeks he had my partner visa submitted and now I have my permanent residency!

My case officer, Sue, has been very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process providing great customer service, from providing the documents required to promptly replying to all queries.
So, to Darren, Kimberley and Sue, thank you all for your support to achieve my Visa.
Our visa process took 11 months (as expected for the visa we applied for) and Sue kept us on track and up to date all the time, extremely organised and always happy to help and provide us with her support.
I highly recommend Visa Go Australia, we couldn't imagine trying to go through this process without Sues help and guidance. Samantha Mills
