WA Construction Visa Subsidy: Hire Overseas Talent

Australia, DAMA, Electrician, Employer Sponsored Visa

Learn about the WA construction worker visa grant

Construction businesses in Western Australia are facing a critical shortage of skilled workers, but the Construction Visa Subsidy Program (CVSP WA) makes hiring overseas tradespeople practically risk-free.

With grants of up to $10,000 per worker, most WA construction employers are unlikely to be out of pocket when bringing in skilled overseas talent.

What is the Construction Visa Subsidy WA?

The Construction Visa Subsidy WA is a government initiative designed to help construction businesses hire skilled overseas workers while covering most visa-related costs. Eligible employers can claim up to $10,000 per worker to cover:

  • Visa application fees
  • State nomination fees

This means your business can expand your workforce without the usual financial burden, making it easier than ever to fill critical skill gaps.

Why WA Construction Businesses Should Use the Grant

  • Fill critical trades shortages quickly: We source skilled workers to fill high-demand roles such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and more.
  • Reduce financial risk: With grants up to $10,000, most employers are unlikely to pay out-of-pocket for visa costs.
  • Stay on schedule: Quickly secure skilled workers to keep projects on track.
  • Professional guidance: Expert migration agents help navigate sponsorship, compliance, and visa applications seamlessly.
